The MISUMI PGPU is a spring-loaded circuit-board guide pin, used to locate a PCB in a test fixture through the board's tooling holes. The board drops over the pins and the sprung head retracts as the fixture closes, fixing the DUT in X and Y while absorbing the small positional errors that would bind a rigid pin.
It is the widest-compatibility guide pin FixturFab stocks: Studio offers it across the Ingun ATS MA and Dev Pro cartridge families as well as the in-house ranges, so it is the default choice when a design has to work in more than one fixture platform. Studio fits it to DUT tooling holes of 2 mm and up. Installed as part of the probe-plate assembly.
