The INGUN KS-100 30 G (INGUN item KS-10030G) is a press-in receptacle for the 100 mil (2.54 mm) grid, supplied with a press ring. The receptacle stays in the probe plate and the spring probe plugs into it, so probes can be replaced during maintenance without any wiring work.
The press ring is the reason to choose this variant over the plain KS-100 30: it gives a defined, repeatable installation depth when the receptacle is pressed home, so a plate full of receptacles ends up at a consistent height instead of depending on press-tool feel. The 7.6 mm collar is the standard height in this range; the G12 version offers 12 mm where more stand-off is needed.
