The INGUN GKS-550 214 050 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-550-0037) is a short-body fine-pitch spring-loaded test probe for the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid, seated in a KS-550 or KS-550 WL receptacle.
Tip style 14 is a self-cleaning four-point crown — four points that straddle a rounded target and grip it from all sides, holding the probe on a pin, post or trimmed lead where a flat tip would slide off, and splitting the load so it bites through oxide without the punch-through risk of a needle. At 0.5 mm it is the smallest crown made, which is what lets it work at 50 mil (1.27 mm) pitch. The GKS-550 body is 34.6 mm against the 43.2 mm of the equivalent GKS-050, for shallower fixture stack-ups, and this particular item carries an unusually high 5 A rating for a probe of this diameter — well above the 2 A of most GKS-550 variants.
