Ingun GKS-135 360 090 A 2000, Crown Tip, 100mil

The INGUN GKS-135 360 090 A 2000 (INGUN item GKS-135-0154) is a bead probe: a long-stroke spring test probe whose 60 head is serrated and shaped for small-grid targets, intended for contacting solder beads and other very small deposited features rather than conventional test pads.

It runs on the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid in a KS-100 receptacle and shares the GKS-135 long-stroke body — 9.3 mm working stroke — so it can be mixed into a dual-stage ICT/FCT fixture alongside standard GKS-135 probes. The CuBe head carries a higher 8 A rating than the steel-tipped needle and crown variants of the same series.
