Ingun GKS-135 306 150 A 1500 Probe, Crown Tip, 100mil

The INGUN GKS-135 306 150 A 1500 (INGUN item GKS-135-0087) is a long-stroke spring test probe on the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid, plugging into a KS-100 receptacle. Its 9.3 mm working stroke suits dual-stage ICT/FCT fixtures and boards whose test points sit at markedly different heights.

The 06 head is a flat serrated face 1.5 mm across in beryllium copper — the head to use on flat contacts and large pads where you want a broad, low-damage footprint with enough serration to cut through residue. Its wider tip also carries current better than a needle head, and CuBe gives lower bulk resistance than the steel-tipped variants in this series.
