Ingun GKS-135 225 130 A 1500, Crown Tip, 100mil

The INGUN GKS-135 225 130 A 1500 (INGUN item GKS-135-0140) is a long-stroke test probe on the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid, offering 9.3 mm of working stroke against the 4.3 mm of a standard GKS-100 while still using the ordinary KS-100 receptacle.

The 25 tip is a self-cleaning 6-point crown with a middle point, and that combination is specifically aimed at posts and pins: the surrounding crown captures and centres a round lead, while the centre point makes contact on the end face. Together with the long stroke it is the natural choice for contacting header pins, through-hole leads and connector posts of varying height, where a flat or chisel tip would slide off the top of the lead.
