Ingun GKS-100 319 300 A 1000 Q15 Test Probe, Cupped Tip, 100mil

The INGUN GKS-100 319 300 A 1000 Q15 (INGUN item GKS-100-1994) is an interface-block probe: a GKS-100 body used not against a PCB but in the interface between a tester and a fixture, where it has to find and hold a mating pin reliably over many docking cycles.

The 19 head is a slotted 90° inverse cone, self-cleaning, 3 mm across — a wide crater that captures and centres a post or pin, with the slot letting the head wipe as it seats. INGUN codes this variant "Q15": it is 1.8 mm longer than the standard GKS-100 and adds defined wobble clearance with a ball and centring feature, so the probe can take up the small misalignments an interface block sees at docking.
