The INGUN GKS-100 305 130 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-100-0139) is a spring-loaded test probe for the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid. It drops into a KS-100 receptacle in the fixture's probe plate, so a worn probe is pulled and replaced from the top without touching the wiring below.
Tip style 05 is bullet-nosed with a full radius — a smooth, blunt dome rather than a point or a set of cutting edges. That makes it the tip to choose when the target must not be marked: gold-plated pads, connector contacts, press-fit pins and finished surfaces that go on to see service. It will not cut through heavy oxide or flux residue the way a needle or pyramid tip does, so it belongs on clean, well-finished targets. At 1.3 mm the contact face is the broad end of the 05 range, spreading load and tolerating a little positional error. Paired here with the lightest common spring in the series — 1 N at working stroke — it keeps total board loading low across a dense probe field.
- Tip style 05, bullet-nosed (full radius); tip diameter 1.3 mm (0.051 in)

- Working stroke 4.3 mm, maximum stroke 6.35 mm
- Current rating 5 A, contact resistance 20 mΩ typical
- CuBe plunger, gold-plated
