The INGUN GKS-100 303 200 A 2000 (INGUN item GKS-100-1967) is a spring-loaded test probe for the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid, seated in a KS-100 receptacle so it can be replaced from the top of the fixture.
Tip style 03 is an inverse cone — a concave face that seats down over a rounded target instead of pressing on a flat one. It is the tip to use on solder bumps, wire ends, trimmed through-hole leads and header pins, where the cone walls capture the dome and hold the probe centred through the full stroke. At 2 mm this is the largest inverse cone in the 100 mil (2.54 mm) range, so it will swallow a substantial lead or a large solder ball, but it also demands an open keep-out around the test point. The 2 N spring gives it enough force to seat firmly on an irregular target without the board loading of a 3 N probe.
