The INGUN GKS-100 291 130 A 2000 (INGUN item GKS-100-0158) is a spring-loaded test probe for the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid, seated in a KS-100 receptacle so it can be replaced from the top of the fixture.
Tip style 91 is a self-cleaning dagger — a blade rather than a cone or a crown. The edge cuts a line across the target as the probe compresses, wiping oxide, flux residue and light coatings aside to expose clean metal, which is what makes a dagger the tip to reach for when a pad or via simply will not read with a gentler geometry. It is less aggressive than the 77 dagger but considerably sharper than a chisel or a crown, so treat it as a problem-solver rather than a default: on soft or thinly plated pads it will leave a mark. INGUN list it for pads and vias. The 2 N spring is the middle force for this geometry, enough to make the edge bite without the board loading of a 3 N field.
