The INGUN GKS-100 277 090 A 3000 (INGUN item GKS-100-0724) is a spring-loaded test probe for the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid, seated in a KS-100 receptacle so it can be pulled and replaced from the top of the fixture.
Tip style 77 is INGUN's dagger in its aggressive form — a blade-like point designed to punch through coatings that defeat ordinary tips: conformal coat, heavy oxide, thick flux residue, solder mask overspray. It is paired here with the heaviest spring in the common range, 3 N at working stroke, because a tip that has to penetrate a coating needs the force behind it to do so. Treat this as a targeted solution rather than a default: the same properties that get it through a coating will visibly damage a bare pad, and 3 N across a large probe field adds up quickly in total board load. Reach for it when a coated or badly oxidised node is the reason a test point will not read.
- Tip style 77, dagger (aggressive version); tip diameter 0.9 mm (0.035 in)
- Barrel diameter 1.37 mm (0.053 in), total length 33.4 mm (1.31 in)
- Grid pitch 2.54 mm (100 mil)
- Spring force 3 N at working stroke, pre-load 0.78 N
- Working stroke 4.3 mm, maximum stroke 6.35 mm
- Current rating 5 A, contact resistance 20 mΩ typical
- Steel plunger, gold-plated
- Receptacle: KS-100
