Ingun GKS-100 214 130 A 2000 Probe, Crown Tip, 100mil

The INGUN GKS-100 214 130 A 2000 (INGUN item GKS-100-0008) is a standard-stroke spring-loaded test probe on the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid — the default workhorse size for in-circuit and functional test fixtures. It plugs into a KS-100 receptacle, so worn probes can be pulled and replaced with the quick-exchange system without disturbing the probe plate or the wiring.

The 14 tip is a self-cleaning 4-point crown: the points bite through flux residue and oxide on solder joints, and the open centre lets debris escape rather than packing into the tip. At ø1.3 mm it is the general-purpose head size for 100 mil (2.54 mm) work, large enough to be forgiving of fixture tolerance on pads, posts and pins. The 2000 spring (2 N at working stroke) is INGUN's standard force for this family — step down to the 1500 or 1000 variants when total probe-field load or board flex is the constraint.
