Ingun GKS-100 214 050 A 1000, Crown Tip, 100mil

The INGUN GKS-100 214 050 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-100-0055) is a standard-stroke test probe on the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid, plugging into a KS-100 receptacle with quick exchange.

This is the small-head, light-spring end of the GKS-100 range. The 14 tip is a self-cleaning 4-point crown, the family's general-purpose style, but at ø0.5 mm it is the narrowest head offered — sized for small test pads and fine leads that a 1.3 mm crown would overhang, while still mounting on ordinary 100 mil (2.54 mm) centres. Paired with the 1000 spring (1 N) rather than the family's standard 2 N, it is the variant to use when the probe count is high enough that per-probe force drives total board load.
