Ingun GKS-100 201 090 A 2000 Probe, Needle Tip, 100mil

The INGUN GKS-100 201 090 A 2000 (INGUN item GKS-100-0010) is a standard-stroke test probe on the 2.54 mm (100 mil) grid, plugging into a KS-100 receptacle with quick exchange.

The 01 tip is a self-cleaning 30° needle: the sharpest point in the family, so all of the spring force is concentrated into a very small contact area. That is what you want on a small, clean test pad or land where a crown head would overhang, and where the fixture must land exactly on target. Paired here with the 2000 spring — 2 N, the family's strongest common force — making this the highest-pressure combination in the GKS-100 range and the one to reach for when flux residue is defeating gentler tips. It is rated for pad contact only and will witness the surface.
