The INGUN GKS-075 306 120 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-075-0066) is a standard-stroke spring test probe on the 1.91 mm (75 mil) grid, plugging into a KS-075 receptacle. The GKS-075 sits between the 1 mm GKS-040 and the 2.54 mm GKS-100 — the family to specify when 100 mil (2.54 mm) centres are too coarse for the test-point map but the board does not need fine-pitch probes.
The 06 head is a flat serrated face 1.2 mm across in beryllium copper, intended for flat contacts and larger pads. The serration breaks surface film without the point loading of a crown or needle, so it marks the target less. At 1 N the spring is the light option for this geometry, useful when a dense 75 mil (1.91 mm) field would otherwise put a lot of load into the board.
- Tip style 06, serrated; CuBe with gold finish
- Tip diameter 1.2 mm (.047 in), barrel diameter 1.02 mm (.04 in)
- Grid 1.91 mm (75 mil); total length 33.1 mm (1.3 in)
- Working stroke 4.3 mm, maximum stroke 6.35 mm; spring force 1 N at working stroke (pre-load 0.4 N)
- Rated current 3 A; typical resistance 20 mΩ
- Plug-in mounting in a KS-075 receptacle; quick-exchange system
- Operating range −40 °C to 80 °C; RoHS-compliant
