The INGUN GKS-075 297 064 A 2000 (INGUN item GKS-075-0085) is a standard-stroke spring-loaded test probe on the 1.91 mm (75 mil) grid, plugging into a KS-075 receptacle for quick exchange when a tip wears out.
The 97 tip is a self-cleaning 4-edged 90° dagger. Where the single-point 91 dagger concentrates everything on one apex, the four cutting edges of the 97 give it several independent bite points, which makes contact less dependent on how the probe happens to land and spreads wear across the tip. It is the choice for pads and vias that carry flux residue or light oxide and are probed at high cycle counts. Paired here with the 2000 spring (2 N), the strongest of the common GKS-075 forces, to keep contact resistance low on dirty targets.
