The INGUN GKS-075 214 050 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-075-0014) is a standard-stroke test probe on the 1.91 mm (75 mil) grid, plugging into a KS-075 receptacle with quick exchange.
The 14 tip is a self-cleaning 4-point crown — four points around an open centre, relieved so flux and solder debris clear rather than packing into the tip. It is the general-purpose ICT tip: enough bite for flux-contaminated solder joints, enough width to be tolerant of landing error, and equally happy on pads, posts and pins. At ø0.5 mm this is the small-head version, sized for tight test pads; the 204 / 115 variant offers a wider 1.15 mm crown where the target allows. Fitted with the 1.0 N spring, a moderate force that keeps total probe-field load manageable in a dense 75 mil (1.91 mm) fixture.
