Ingun GKS-075 207 100 A 2000 Probe, Chisel Tip, 75mil

The INGUN GKS-075 207 100 A 2000 (INGUN item GKS-075-0005) is a standard-stroke test probe on the 1.91 mm (75 mil) grid, plugging into a KS-075 receptacle with quick exchange. The 75 mil (1.91 mm) family is the middle rung between the 100 mil (2.54 mm) GKS-100 and the 50 mil (1.27 mm) GKS-050 — enough density for most modern boards without the fragility of the finest barrels.

The 07 tip is a self-cleaning 90° three-edged chisel. The three edges wipe across the target as the probe compresses, so oxide and flux are sheared away rather than merely punctured, and the load is spread over more area than a dagger would use. At ø1 mm this is a comparatively large head for a 75 mil (1.91 mm) probe, giving good tolerance to landing error on pads and vias. Fitted here with the strongest common GKS-075 spring at 2 N.
