The INGUN GKS-075 201 064 A 1500 (INGUN item GKS-075-0063) is a spring-loaded test probe for the 1.91 mm (75 mil) grid, seated in a KS-075 receptacle so it can be replaced from the top of the fixture without rewiring.
Tip style 01 is a 30° needle point, self-cleaning — the sharpest geometry in the range and the default for vias, plated through-holes and small bare pads. The point breaks surface film and self-centres in a via rather than skating to the rim, and its 0.64 mm diameter keeps the required keep-out small on a crowded board. This is the middle spring of the three stocked for this geometry: 1.5 N against 1 N and 2 N, with pre-load at 0.6 N. It is the sensible default — enough force to cut through light oxide reliably, without the board loading that a full field of 2 N probes imposes.
