Ingun GKS-075 201 064 A 1000 Probe, Needle Tip, 75mil

The INGUN GKS-075 201 064 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-075-0056) is a spring-loaded test probe for the 1.91 mm (75 mil) grid, seated in a KS-075 receptacle so it can be replaced from the top of the fixture without rewiring.

Tip style 01 is a 30° needle point, self-cleaning — the sharpest geometry in the range and the default choice for vias, plated through-holes and small bare pads. The fine point breaks the surface film and, in a via, drops into the hole and centres itself rather than skating to the rim. Its 0.64 mm diameter keeps the keep-out requirement small, which is the reason to pick it over the broader 17 pyramid or 19 cone on a crowded board. The trade is that a needle concentrates all its force on one point: it will witness-mark a soft pad, and it is the wrong tip for a finished gold contact. This variant carries the lightest spring in the family at 1 N.
