Ingun GKS-050 319 090 A 1500 Probe, Cupped Tip, 50mil

The INGUN GKS-050 319 090 A 1500 (INGUN item GKS-050-0327) is a fine-pitch spring-loaded test probe for the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid, seated in a KS-050 receptacle so probes can be changed from the top of the fixture.

Tip style 19 is a 90° inverse cone with a slot cut across it, and is self-cleaning: the cone captures a rounded target — solder bump, wire end, trimmed lead — while the slot edge scrapes residue off it as the probe compresses. That handles the case where a raised target is not reliably clean, which a plain cup cannot. This is the heavier-sprung of the two GKS-050 319 090 variants stocked, at 1.5 N against 1 N, with pre-load raised from 0.44 N to 0.58 N. Choose it when the 1 N probe is not scraping through consistently; stay at 1 N when total board load matters more.
