The INGUN GKS-050 319 090 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-050-0326) is a fine-pitch spring-loaded test probe for the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid. It seats in a KS-050 receptacle so probes can be changed from the top of the fixture as tips wear.
Tip style 19 is a 90° inverse cone with a slot cut across it, and is self-cleaning: the cone captures a rounded target — a solder bump, a trimmed lead, a wire end — while the slot edge scrapes residue off it as the probe compresses. That combination suits targets that stand proud of the board but are not reliably clean, where a plain cup would ride on oxide and a needle would slide off the dome. The 0.9 mm cone is generous for a 50 mil (1.27 mm) part, so it wants a target that genuinely sits at the centre of its keep-out. This is the lighter-sprung of the two GKS-050 319 090 variants stocked; the 1.5 N version is the one to reach for if contact proves marginal.
