The INGUN GKS-050 307 090 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-050-0013) is a fine-pitch spring-loaded test probe for the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid, seated in a KS-050 receptacle so probes can be replaced from the top of the fixture.
Tip style 07 is a 90° three-edged chisel, self-cleaning. The three edges meet in a line rather than a point, so the probe cuts a short scrub track across the target as it compresses — enough to break through oxide and flux residue on a flat pad without the single-point concentration of a needle. That makes it a good middle ground on a dense board: more reliable than a bullet nose on a dirty pad, gentler and less prone to punching through thin plating than a dagger. At 0.9 mm the chisel is the standard face for this series, and the 1 N spring keeps the aggregate load low across a 50 mil (1.27 mm) field.
