Ingun GKS-050 305 050 A 1500 Probe, Radius Tip, 50mil

The INGUN GKS-050 305 050 A 1500 (INGUN item GKS-050-0005) is a fine-pitch spring-loaded test probe for the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid, seated in a KS-050 receptacle.

Tip style 05 is bullet-nosed with a full radius — a smooth dome that makes contact without cutting, so it leaves gold-plated pads, connector contacts and finished surfaces unmarked. At 0.5 mm this is the smallest bullet nose in the range and one of the few non-marking tips that will fit a 50 mil (1.27 mm) grid at all, which is precisely the case it exists for: dense, delicate targets that must come through test cosmetically intact. Because a blunt tip cannot cut through surface film, it needs a clean target; the 1.5 N spring is the heavier of the two common forces and helps it seat through light contamination.
