The INGUN GKS-050 303 090 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-050-0081) is a fine-pitch spring-loaded test probe for the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid, seated in a KS-050 receptacle so probes can be replaced from the top of the fixture.
Tip style 03 is an inverse cone: a concave face that drops over a rounded target rather than pressing on a flat one, so it is the tip for solder bumps, wire ends and trimmed leads on a dense board. The cone walls capture the target and hold the probe centred through the stroke, which matters more at 50 mil (1.27 mm) pitch than anywhere else — there is no room for a probe to walk. At 0.9 mm the cone is the standard size for this series. The 1 N spring is the lighter of the two common forces; the GKS-050 body is long at 43.2 mm, giving a full 4.3 mm of working stroke despite the slim 0.78 mm barrel.
