The INGUN GKS-050 214 050 A 2000 (INGUN item GKS-050-0002) is a fine-pitch spring-loaded test probe for the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid, seated in a KS-050 receptacle.
Tip style 14 is a self-cleaning four-point crown. The four points straddle a rounded target and grip it from all sides, which makes a crown far more stable on a solder bump, a wire end or a trimmed lead than a flat or bullet-nosed tip — and because the load is split four ways, the probe bites through oxide without the punch-through risk of a single needle. At 0.5 mm this is the smallest crown available, which is what lets it work on a 50 mil (1.27 mm) grid at all. It is paired here with the heaviest spring stocked in this series, 2 N, for targets that need real force to seat; if the concern is total board load, the 1 N version of a comparable geometry is the better pick.
