Ingun GKS-050 214 050 A 1000 Probe, Crown Tip, 50mil

The INGUN GKS-050 214 050 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-050-0001) is a standard-stroke test probe on the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid — the fine-pitch step below the 75 mil (1.91 mm) GKS-075, for boards whose test-point density no longer allows 1.91 mm (75 mil) centres. It plugs into a KS-050 receptacle and supports quick exchange.

The 14 tip is a self-cleaning 4-point crown, the same general-purpose geometry used across the GKS families, here scaled to a ø0.5 mm head. The four points cut through flux residue on solder joints and the open centre lets debris clear, while the crown shape stays tolerant of small landing errors — which matters more, not less, at 50 mil (1.27 mm) pitch. Note the trade-offs of the fine family: a 0.78 mm barrel is more easily damaged by side load, and current rating drops to 2 A. Total length is 43.2 mm, longer than the 100 mil (2.54 mm) probes, so allow for it in the plate stack-up.
