The INGUN GKS-050 201 050 A 1500 (INGUN item GKS-050-0252) is a fine-pitch spring-loaded test probe for the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid, seated in a KS-050 receptacle so probes can be replaced from the top of the fixture.
Tip style 01 is a 30° needle point, self-cleaning — the sharpest geometry INGUN offers — and at 0.5 mm it is also the smallest tip made. That pairing is the whole point of this part: it reaches test targets on a 50 mil (1.27 mm) grid that nothing blunter will fit, and the fine point pierces surface film and self-centres in a small pad rather than skating off it. The GKS-050 body is long at 43.2 mm, which buys the full 4.3 mm working stroke despite the slim 0.78 mm barrel. The 1.5 N spring gives the needle enough force to break through light oxide; expect a visible witness mark on soft plating.
