Ingun GKS-050 201 050 A 1000, Needle Tip, 50mil

The INGUN GKS-050 201 050 A 1000 (INGUN item GKS-050-0095) is a standard-stroke test probe on the 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid — INGUN's fine-pitch plug-in family, for boards whose test points are too dense for 75 mil (1.91 mm) centres. It mounts in a KS-050 receptacle and supports quick exchange.

The 01 tip is a self-cleaning 30° needle at ø0.5 mm, the sharpest geometry offered. At this pitch the targets are small — fine-pitch pads, escape vias, tight lands — and a crown head would simply overhang them, so the needle is the natural choice: it lands precisely and puts the full spring force on one point. It is rated for pad contact only, and it will mark the target. The 1.0 N spring keeps per-probe force sensible in a dense field; note the family's 2 A current rating and the slender 0.78 mm barrel, which is less tolerant of side load than the coarser series.
