The INGUN E-050 270 026 E 2000 (INGUN item E-050-0023) is an INGUN E-TYPE® spring-loaded test probe on a 1.27 mm (50 mil) grid. It plugs into a KS-050 receptacle and is used where a fine-pitch in-circuit fixture has to contact very small targets without a large keep-out around each probe.
The 70 head is an asymmetric slanted needle of 0.2 mm tip diameter — the size to reach a fine pad, a via barrel or an exposed lead where a crown or serrated head would not fit. The tip carries an E palladium/nickel surface rather than the gold used on the standard GKS families.
