Ingun ATS MA13

The INGUN ATS MA13 (INGUN item 45980-KIT) is the exchangeable kit for MA x113 and MA x213 manual test fixture bases. It carries the DUT-specific probe plate and pressure plate; the base frame, actuation and instrumentation wiring stay with the fixture, so a board revision costs a cartridge rather than a whole fixture.

At 440 × 310 mm the MA13 is the large-format step of the ATS MAxx ladder — well past the MA12’s 285 × 240 mm, and the first size that comfortably takes a full-panel board. This is its plain build, with no ESD coating, no RF shielding and no internal interface. Pressure plate unit and probe plate unit screw together with stacking screws into one assembly with a protected probe field; the kit ships unassembled for drilling and wiring.
