The INGUN GKS-075 291 064 A 2000 (INGUN item GKS-075-0004) is a standard-stroke spring-loaded test probe on the 1.91 mm (75 mil) grid. It is the step down from the 100 mil (2.54 mm) GKS-100 family: the same 4.3 mm working stroke and quick-exchange handling, in a 1.02 mm barrel that lets you pack probes tighter when the target density no longer fits on 2.54 mm (100 mil) centres.
The 91 tip is a self-cleaning dagger — a single sharp point that concentrates the full 2 N spring force into a very small area, so it punches through conformal coating, oxide and flux on small pads and vias where a crown would simply skate. Use it when contact reliability on contaminated or coated targets matters more than leaving the pad unmarked; a dagger will witness the surface.
