A generic R100-series receptacle for the 100 mil (2.54 mm) grid with a wire-wrap termination. It is pressed into the fixture's probe plate once and the spring probe seats in it, so a worn probe can be replaced without unsoldering or rewiring the fixture.
100 mil is the workhorse grid for in-circuit test, and the R100 pattern is what most generic probes of that size are built to — a 1.7 mm mounting hole, the same drill an INGUN KS-100 or QA 100-25 plate uses. The wrap post makes this the version for fixtures wired on a wrap gun; the R100-2S is the same body with a solder cup.
In Studio this receptacle is paired with the generic P100-A2, P100-B1 and P100-LM2 probes.
