Dev Pro XL Test Fixture Base

The Dev Pro XL Test Fixture Base is the wide-format member of FixturFab's desktop manual fixture platform. Mechanically it is the same machine as the standard Dev Pro — same manual closing action, same 150 N contact force, same cartridge concept — opened out to a 232 × 151 mm useable area for boards that will not fit inside 170 mm of width.

As with the rest of the range, the board-specific probe field lives in a swappable Dev Pro XL cartridge rather than in the base, so the base is a one-time purchase that outlives any single product. Probing is single-sided from below, with limited top-side contacting available as an option.

Choose the XL when the DUT outgrows the standard Dev Pro footprint but still sits comfortably on a bench. Boards larger again are served by the Dev Pro XXL; if the fixture also needs room for instrumentation underneath, look at the Tall variants.
