Dev Pro Carbon XXL Test Fixture Base

The Dev Pro XXL Carbon is the largest base in FixturFab's desktop manual fixture range, with a 285 × 240 mm useable area — the same working envelope as a production-class INGUN MA 2112, in a fixture that sits on a bench and costs a fraction as much. It is built only in the reinforced Carbon structure: carbon-reinforced 3D printed components carrying an aluminium pressure frame.

At this size, structure is not optional. A pressure frame this large multiplies any flex in the fixture body, and flex is what makes probe travel and contact force drift between the centre and the corners of a board. The Carbon build is what lets the XXL hold alignment across the full area under 150 N rather than only near its pivots.

Reach for the XXL when a board is simply too large for a Dev Pro XL and the alternative would be stepping up to an ICT-class production base. Probing is single-sided from below with optional limited top-side contacting, and the board-specific probe field lives in a swappable Dev Pro XXL cartridge.
