The Centalic PQ100-A-7.2GG is a spring-loaded in-circuit test probe for fixtures on 2.54 mm (100 mil) centres, running in an RQ100 receptacle pressed into the probe plate.
The A head is a cupped (concave) tip 1.57 mm across, which captures a round target and holds it centred — the head for component leads, wire ends, solder bumps and filled vias rather than flat pads. It is paired here with a 7.2 oz (203 gf) spring, nearly twice the force of the 4 oz variants: useful when a cup has to seat firmly on a lead that may be oxidised or slightly out of position.
