The Centalic PE75-A-7.2GG is a spring-loaded in-circuit test probe for fixtures on 1.91 mm (75 mil) centres, running in an RE75 receptacle pressed into the probe plate.
It combines the A cupped (concave) head — which captures a round target and holds it centred, for component leads, wire ends and solder bumps rather than flat pads — with the middle PE75 spring at 7.2 oz (200 gf). That is well above anything the standard PQ75 range offers, so this is the part to specify when a cup has to seat firmly on an oxidised or slightly misaligned lead in a 75 mil (1.91 mm) field.
