Acroname MTM-DAQ-2

The Acroname MTM-DAQ-2 (S92-MTM-DAQ-2) is the precision analog measurement module of the Manufacturing Test Module (MTM) system. It gives a functional-test fixture 16 differential, bipolar 16-bit input channels, so rail voltages, divider taps, sensor outputs and analog trim points across a board can all be swept from one host script instead of being patched to a bench meter one probe at a time.

Fourteen of the channels take a selectable range from ±640 mV up to ±10.24 V; the remaining two add programmable gain down to ±64 mV for low-level signals such as shunt and bridge outputs. Two 12-bit analog outputs let the same module supply a stimulus or reference while it measures. Specify the DAQ-2 over the analog inputs built into a link module when the test needs real resolution, differential inputs, or channel count; where the measurement has to be traceable, Acroname sells a NIST calibration certificate (Y92) for this module separately.
