Dev Pro Test Fixture Base

The Dev Pro Test Fixture Base is FixturFab's desktop manual fixture platform — the reusable machine half of a two-part system. The base provides the frame, the closing mechanism and the pressure frame; the board-specific probe field lives in a Dev Pro cartridge that drops into it. Design a new cartridge for each product and one base serves your whole bench, which is the difference between a fixture programme and a drawer full of one-off jigs.

It is built for the work that happens before a production line exists: bring-up, design validation, firmware bring-up and low-volume builds, where an ICT-class production base would be far more machine — and far more money — than the board needs. Probing is single-sided from below, with limited top-side contacting available as an option for boards that need a connector or a couple of top test points reached.

Dev Pro is the starting size in the range. Step up to Dev Pro XL or XXL as the board grows, or to a Tall variant when the fixture needs to carry its own instrumentation underneath.
